We can also organise property insurance, landlord protection insurance and tenants insurance.

charges
Should you wish to receive advice from us regarding buy-to-let there will be a charge of £100.00 + VAT for a one hour consultation. This would be refunded if and when you go ahead and instruct pfic as your letting agent on any approved properties, signing a twelve-month agency agreement.
