Our standard letting agency package includes the following:

• Preparing the property for letting
• Advertising the property in our office windows and on the website
• Arranging and taking viewings at the property
• Interviewing prospective tenants
• Drawing up the tenancy agreement
• Managing rent payments
• Organising repairs and maintenance to the property as and when needed
• If appropriate, liasing with the Housing Benefits Office

 feesWe charge 10% + VAT of the rent received.
If we arrange repairs on your behalf, we will charge fees additional to the cost of the repair at 10% + VAT of the repair costs.
